Meanwhile, the MSC Magnifica will embark on a 117-day World Cruise that will take guests on a journey through the Caribbean, Central America, the Pacific, Asia, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean. The cruise will depart from Genoa on January 5, 2023, and will visit 42 ports in 24 countries before returning to Genoa on May 2, 2023.
Both cruises will offer guests the opportunity to explore some of the world’s most iconic destinations, including Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Dubai, among others. Guests will also have the chance to participate in a range of onboard activities and entertainment, including shows, lectures, and culinary experiences.
MSC Cruises said that the deployment of two ships for new world cruises demonstrates the company’s commitment to offering guests more choice and flexibility when it comes to planning their vacations. The move also reflects the growing demand for longer, more immersive cruises that offer guests the opportunity to explore multiple destinations in one trip.
