“Hope is the ability to listen to the music of the future. Faith is the courage to dance it today.” This is the quote that inspired our beautiful new custom art installation created by AmaWaterways’ Art Director, Leo Starico. “Magnaphone” is displayed on board the award-winning AmaMagna on the Danube River – a perfect representation of the river’s rich musical past, which is echoed in many aspects of AmaWaterways’ history, from our company’s original name, Amadeus, to the names of several of our river cruise ships. This video highlights the beautiful mixed media piece made with trumpets, clarinets, trombones, cornets, flutes, violins and light installation, as well as the joyful musical feeling it represents.
